Laura Page: Hello and thanks for visiting Healthy Napa. My name is Laura Levesque-Page and I’m passionate about nutrition. I studied holistic nutrition and believe in the power of the body to heal itself with proper foods, herbs, supplements and a positive mindset. Healthy Napa is a blog where I hope to inspire others to make healthy daily decisions to maintain or improve their overall health. Sections of the blog will include; Recipes – the healthiest darn recipes around; Holistic Health Notes – information meets education; Community Challenge – the upcoming challenge will be divulged on September 15th, 2010; What’s Healthy in Napa – businesses focused on healthy options; Dear Blog – my personal trials and tribulations related to the writing of my book – I know, very Julie and Julia. Currently I’m writing a book about how I embarked on a journey of personal transformation that in the end resulted in the disappearance of two tumors from my chest. (I prefer the word tumor – it sounds more benign and less scary than the words sarcoma or cancer). Thanks again for visiting Healthy Napa.
